I designed my couples counseling services with one main goal: to directly address the core issues in your relationship that are keeping you stuck. I don't waste time and will directly address the major stumbling blocks in YOUR particular dynamic. This will lead to a deeper connection, more understanding, and genuine TRUST in your relationship. Couples counseling at Head Vs Heart Coaching is tailored to meet the unique needs of each couple. I address a wide range of issues, including communication breakdowns, conflicts, trust issues, and intimacy concerns. ​I primarily use the Relational Life Therapy (RLT) model since its specialty is to provide quick and lasting changes by bringing awareness to the very things that are causing chronic issues. We then dive deeper into subconscious layers to directly address these core issues, and then provide tools to maintain the changes over time.
